We are all in this together

8 10 2010

Cameron, the rich aristocrat said at the Tory conference:

“Your country needs you. When we say, ‘We are all in this together,’ that is not a cry for help but a call to arms. Society is not a spectator sport.”

What the millionaire Cameron, or his millionaire pal Osborne, don’t seem to realise is that for them, this IS a spectator sport! They make ridiculous cuts which affect the lowest paid the most, ruin our educational system, drive money-making research scientists overseas, knacker the health service into the ground etc. etc. – all whilst they sit aloft watching it all happen, dressed in their expensive suits with their shiny, privileged faces looking smugly on, counting their millions and despairing of how much less interest they have this year from their pals, the fat cat bankers.

If only these smug bastards realised that it may well be ‘a call to arms’, but not quite in the way they intended. Yes, it will soon be time, once again, to light those flaming torches, pick up your pitchfork and raise an angry mob for some serious feedback to these Tory twats.
